When booking this reservation, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU READ AND UNDERSTAND THE CANCELLATION POLICY APPLICABLE TO YOUR RESERVATION BELOW. Cancellations or arrival date changes, which do not conform to the policy or no-shows, will be charged the equivalent of the first night’s room rate and applicable taxes. If you booked a Non-Refundable Rate, your card will be charged IN FULL at booking and this charge will be NON-REFUNDABLE and non-transferable. 
 

  • Check in time is 4:00 p.m. and checkout time is 12:00 Noon. Early check-in and late checkout cannot be guaranteed and additional charges may apply.
  • All nightly room rates are subject to 10.5% Occupancy Tax and 2% San Diego Tourism Marketing District Assessment (Total of 12.5%).
  • Rates are based on one or two persons. Extra persons over the age of 12 are an additional $20 per person per night, plus applicable taxes. Children 12 years and younger stay free.
  • Maximum occupancy in any room is five persons. 
  • Major CREDIT CARD is required to guarantee your reservation. Your card may be authorized for your stay on the day of arrival. If your card fails to authorize for at least the first night’s room rate plus applicable taxes, your reservation may be cancelled. We advise against using a DEBIT CARD to guarantee your reservation; however, if you choose to use a debit card to guarantee your reservation, this will result in a HOLD being placed on funds in the account associated with the debit card. The hotel is not liable for any fees or charges related to overdrawn/unavailable funds in your bank account. Depending on your financial institution, unused funds may not become available for five to seven business days after departure.
  • The hotel requires 48-hour notice of early departure. Failure to notify hotel of early departure by NOON two (2) days prior to your desired departure date will result in a charge of $75.00 plus applicable taxes.
  • Should your plans require you to extend your departure date, please check with the front desk on room availability but note that your rate is subject to change based on the occupancy of the hotel.
  • There is a parking charge of $15.00 per vehicle per night during your stay (unless otherwise specified in your rate plan).
  • Shuttles to and from the airport, train station and/or cruise ship terminal are $10.00 each way per room (unless otherwise specified in your rate plan).
  • Regardless of billing or master account arrangements, you are liable for any and all charges posted to your room(s). You are further liable for all damages to your room(s) caused by you or your guests/invitees during your stay.
  • You authorize us to place a hold against your credit or debit card to guarantee any and all charges and, in the event that you do not settle your account prior to departure, you hereby authorize us to charge your credit or debit card or apply funds you have on deposit with us against what you owe.
  • In-room safes as well as safety deposit boxes at the front desk are provided for guests to deposit their valuables. Bay Club Hotel & Marina will not be responsible for valuables not deposited in such safe or safety deposit box.
  • Should there be evidence of smoking in your room or on your patio/balcony, you will incur a minimum deep cleaning fee of $200 plus tax charged to your account.
