Please review and understand the cancellation policy and terms below before completing your reservation. By confirming your reservation, you agree to the following:

Parking: $24 per night, per vehicle (unless otherwise specified in your rate plan). Rates are subject to change for future reservations.

Check-In/Out: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and incur additional charges. Unapproved late check-outs may be charged up to one additional night's room rate plus applicable taxes.

Early Departures: Please notify the Front Desk by 11:00 AM the day before your departure if you plan to leave early. Failure to do so may result in a charge equal to one night's room rate plus applicable taxes.

Cancellations & Changes: Cancellations, arrival date changes, or no-shows that do not comply with the applicable cancellation policy will be charged for the first night's room rate and tax. No-shows will also result in cancellation of the remaining reservation.

Room Requests: Specific room numbers, locations, views, floors, or other preferences are requests only and cannot be guaranteed beyond the room type reserved.

Occupancy & Extra Guests: Rates are based on the number of guests confirmed at the time of booking. Additional guests age 13 and older are subject to a charge of $10 per person, per night, plus tax. Maximum occupancy is five (5) persons per room, including children.

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not disturb other guests.

Cribs & Rollaway Beds: One crib or one rollaway bed may be added for $10 per night plus tax, subject to availability.

Credit & Debit Cards: A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation and must be presented at check-in. Debit cards are accepted; however, we discourage their use because authorization holds may remain for up to ten (10) business days or longer after check-out, depending on the card issuer or financial institution.

Incidental Authorization: At check-in, the hotel will obtain authorization on the credit or debit card presented for the estimated balance of the stay, including room charges, taxes, parking, and any pre-arranged add-ons or amenities, plus an additional $100 incidental deposit. Additional authorizations may be obtained during the stay as charges are posted to the room account. Authorization holds are not charges and may reduce the amount of available credit or funds in the account. The release of unused authorized funds is determined solely by the card issuer or financial institution and may take up to ten (10) business days after check-out. The hotel is not responsible for overdraft fees, insufficient funds fees, delays in the release of authorized funds, or other charges resulting from authorization holds.

Liability for Charges & Damages: The registered guest is responsible for all charges incurred during the stay, including charges incurred by invited guests or visitors. The registered guest agrees to reimburse the hotel for any unpaid balances, damage to the guest room or hotel property, missing items, excessive cleaning, smoking violations, pet violations, chargebacks resulting from valid charges, or other costs resulting from the actions of the guest or their invited guests. By making a reservation and staying at the hotel, the guest authorizes the hotel to charge any credit card or debit card provided to the hotel, including the card used to guarantee the reservation, for all authorized charges, unpaid balances, damages, cleaning fees, penalties, and other amounts owed in accordance with these terms and applicable law.

Changes After Booking: Modifications to arrival or departure dates may result in a change in room rate and availability.

Extended Stays: Requests to extend a stay after check-in are subject to availability and current rates.

Valuables: Guests are encouraged to use the in-room safe or Front Desk safe deposit box. The hotel is not responsible for valuables not secured in these locations.

Smoking Policy: This is a 100% non-smoking property. Smoking or vaping in guest rooms, on balconies, patios, or elsewhere in violation of hotel policy will result in a minimum $250 cleaning fee, plus any additional costs incurred by the hotel.

Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted. Service animals as defined by applicable law are welcome. Guests with service animals remain responsible for any damage caused by the animal. Evidence of an unauthorized pet in a guest room will result in a minimum $250 cleaning fee, plus charges for any damages, excessive cleaning, or loss of revenue resulting from the violation.

Taxes & Assessments: Room rates are subject to applicable taxes and assessments, currently including 12.75% Transient Occupancy Tax, 2.0% San Diego Tourism Marketing District Assessment, and 0.195% California Tourism Assessment. Taxes and assessments are subject to change without notice based on governmental action.

Modifications or Cancellations: Plans change; we understand. Please contact the hotel no later than 4:00 PM Pacific Time on the applicable cancellation date to cancel or modify your reservation. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged for the first night's room rate and tax. Non-refundable reservations are final and remain subject to all other terms and conditions above.

The hotel reserves the right to refuse service, terminate a stay, remove guests from the property without refund, and charge for any resulting damages or costs, for violations of hotel policies, disruptive behavior, illegal activity, fraud, excessive noise, unauthorized occupancy, or conduct that threatens the safety, comfort, or well-being of guests, visitors, or employees.
