Please review and understand the cancellation policy and terms below before completing your reservation. By confirming your reservation, you agree to the following:

Parking: $22 per night, per vehicle (unless otherwise specified in your rate plan). The rate is subject to change without prior notice in accordance with hotel policy.

Check-In/Out: Check-in is at 4 PM; check-out is by 11 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed and may incur fees. Unapproved late check-outs may be charged up to a full night’s room rate plus tax.

Early Departures: Please notify the Front Desk by 11 AM the day before if you plan to leave early. Failure to do so may result in a charge for one night's stay.

Cancellations & Changes: Cancellations or arrival date changes that don’t follow the cancellation policy—or no-shows—will be charged for the first night (room rate plus tax). No-shows also result in the cancellation of the remaining reservation.

Room Requests: Specific location or room number requests are not guaranteed beyond what your room type includes.

Occupancy & Extra Guests: Rates are based on the confirmed number of guests. Each additional guest (age 13+) is $10 per night plus tax. Maximum occupancy is 5 people per room, including children.

Cribs/Rollaways: One crib or one rollaway bed may be added for $10 per night plus tax.

Credit/Debit Cards: A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation and may be pre-authorized up to 24 hours before arrival. We discourage the use of debit cards, as holds may remain for up to 10 business days after check-out. We are not responsible for fees due to held or unavailable funds.

Authorization: By staying with us, you authorize us to charge the card on file or apply any deposits to your balance due.

Changes After Booking: Modifications to your arrival or departure date may result in a rate change.

Extended Stays: If you’d like to extend your stay after check-in, please speak with the Front Desk for availability and updated rates.

Liability: Guests are responsible for all charges and any damages caused during their stay, regardless of billing arrangements. Authorization: By staying with us, you authorize us to charge the card on file or apply any deposits to your balance due.

Valuables: Please use the in-room safe or Front Desk safe deposit box. We are not responsible for items not secured in these locations.

Smoking Policy: Smoking or vaping in rooms or on balconies/patios will result in a minimum $250 cleaning fee.

Pet Policy: We do not allow pets. Evidence of a pet will result in a $250 cleaning fee, and you will be charged for any damages.

Taxes: All room rates are subject to 12.75% Transient Occupancy Tax, 2% San Diego Tourism Marketing District Assessment, and 0.195% California Tourism Assessment. Taxes and fees may change based on local government regulations.

Modifications or Cancellations: Plans change—we understand. Please contact us no later than 4 PM Pacific Time on the applicable cancellation date to cancel or change your reservation. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged for the first night’s stay. Non-refundable rate bookings are final and follow all above policies.
