We are within walking distance to several popular restaurants, the Chevron Fuel Dock and we are next door to Humphrey's Outdoor Concern venue. Our tenant benefits include discount room rates at the Bay Club Hotel along with discounts in the gift shop and restaurant. Our tenants also enjoy use of the pool, spa and fitness room, free airport/Amtrak shuttle, free wireless Internet access, free morning coffee (self serve) and free ice. Our slips are from 32 to 50 feet with water and electric at no charge. We offer use of dock carts and dock boxes, use of the marina restrooms, showers and laundry facilities. Inquiries about Slips at the San Diego, CA, Marina

We currently have an approximate one year wait list for our slips. Live-aboard request wait list is approximately two to three years. If you would like to be added to our wait list we require the following items from you:

• $100 deposit in form of check, money order or cashier's check. This is refundable at any time.
• Completed slip rental application
• Current photos of your vessel
• Current insurance and registration or USCG documentation
